2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Time Limit
You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. The return window starts from the date on your order confirmation. Items returned outside of this 30 – day period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to exceptions which will be reviewed on a case – by – case basis.
2.2 Condition of the Product
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or have been modified will not be eligible for return, unless the damage was present upon receipt and was reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.
4.2 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, color, or configuration, please follow the return process as described above. Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website. In the case of an exchange due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item.

5.1 Opened Software or Custom – Built Products
Opened software and custom – built keyboards (where the product has been customized according to your specific order, such as unique keycap combinations or custom – programmed features) are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a defect in the product. If you believe there is an issue with a custom – built or opened software product, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will assess the situation.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return label at our expense and provide you with options for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the damaged or defective item in your communication with us to expedite the process.
